Delivery Rates

Our checkout page will calculate the exact postage and packing costs for you before you commit to buying, but a guideline is set out below: 

Standard Delivery

1 item only

You can choose to select standard delivery for a charge of £3.90 for single items.

( Please note remote areas as listed further down in our policy are subject to a £15 surcharge)

Please note that all our delivery times are only guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed due to certain factors which are outside of our control.

Orders of 1 item only will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 UK Delivery and will reach you within 2-3 working days of your order. A text or email will be sent to notify you of the delivery time. Please note orders placed on a Friday after 12.00pm will not be processed until the following Monday.

The courier will make 1 delivery attempt and if unable to deliver will leave a card to explain if your parcel has been left in a safe place or taken to your local delivery office for collection. You can divert the parcel to a neighbour or safe place using the Royal Mail tracking on their website. For more details for Royal Mail details see link below. Next Day Delivery 

You can choose to select next day delivery for a charge of £6.90 P&P

Orders will be shipped by DPD Next Day Delivery Service UK and will reach you the next working day of your order. Orders must be placed by 12.00pm on any working day to fulfill next day delivery.

A text or email will be sent to notify you of the delivery time. Please note orders placed on a Friday after 12.00pm will not be processed until the following Monday.

 

Please note on a bank holiday, orders will not be dispatched until the following working day.

The courier will make 1 delivery attempt and if unable to deliver will leave a card to explain if your parcel has been left in a safe place or taken to your local DPD drop off shop.

You can update the driver online using your tracking details to advise if you would like to change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour or arrange to collect it from your local DPD drop off shop.

Orders of 2 items will be shipped via DPD at a cost of £6.90. (Please note we are not able to offer a standard delivery service for this service)

DPD (UK) - Help

E-Gift Cards

E-Gift cards can be used on all My Carry Potty product excluding purchasing E-Gift cards.

You do not have to use the full balance of your E-Gift card within one single purchase, the remaining balance will remain on the E-Gift card if not using the full amount of value during the transaction.

E-Gift cards are delivered to the recipient by email. Please ensure the recipient checks their junk/spam/ inbox.

If you wish to return an item purchased with a gift card, the value of the purchase will be refunded onto the gift card. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on returning your item.

If you have lost your My Carry Potty gift card or are experiencing any issues, please contact customerservices@mycarrypotty.co.uk who will be happy to help. 

Delivery Failure

We cannot be held responsible if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address, if you choose to select a safe place this is at your own risk and if your goods are signed for by somebody other than yourself.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address on the specified date to sign for the parcel.

If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and may leave a card or an image to advise where this parcel has been left.

Alternatively, the parcel can be left in a safe location on the property, such as porches with a door, sheds or greenhouses and garages. DPD will provide photo evidence of this and advise where the parcel has been left.

Overseas Delivery and Remote Areas

We do not deliver to the Highlands & Islands. If your order is processed in error a member of the customer service team will be in contact with you.

We do deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man however this will incur a £15 postage charge on all orders applied at checkout. This applies for the free shipping on subscribing- the delivery charge is removed but the surcharge remains.

We do not currently deliver to the rest of the world. 

 

Returns

We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase from My Carry Potty, but if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please send it back to us in the original packaging and we’ll be happy to refund or replace it.  In the rare occasion of goods being damaged or faulty, please call customer services on +44 (0)1202 763711 or email customerservices@mycarrypotty.co.uk

My Little Training Pants cannot be returned (unless faulty) due to hygiene reasons. Sizing information and measurement chart is provided at the point of sale. Your child’s body measurements should be used for ordering My Little Training Pants, NOT their age. Please refer to our size guide on the product page. We will be happy to assist with any sizing questions prior to purchase. Please contact customerservices@mycarrypotty.co.uk or call +44 (0)1202 763711. The washing instructions on My Little Training Pants state the maximum laundering conditions to maximise the life of your pants.

 

You must return any items within 14 days of your delivery, unused, in perfect condition and complete with original packaging intact.  Please ensure both the product and packaging are not damaged whilst in transit. You are responsible for the item until we receive it at our warehouse.

Please allow time for our warehouse to process your return once it has been receipted at our warehouse- we aim for this to be within 1 week however during busy periods this may take longer. 

We will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.  If we discover the returned product does not meet these conditions upon inspection, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning your order for peace of mind on both ends.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded by us.

Exchanges

We are happy for you to exchange, you must return any items within 14 days of your delivery, unused, in perfect condition and complete with original packaging intact.  Please ensure both the product and packaging are not damaged whilst in transit. You are responsible for the item until we receive it at our warehouse. Please ensure you enclose your order number and full name.
